The rubbery calamari was the worst I have ever had in my life. I showed the server (when they actually served me without having to get them) that I couldn't even cut it. I paid for another meal because I was so hungry and ate with the smell of sewage in the back patio. I am so glad that I didn't get the lobster I had gone in for. Terrible experience.

The taste of the main dish was alright. The fish platter wasn't overwhelming and given its price it could've been a bit more. The starter which where a soup / spring roll were okay. The desert was once again alright but not awesome.Overall i wouldn't come back to eat a fish platter, I bet there are better ones. If you are around anyway, it's not a bad choice to est here though...

Good food , good service, a little on the higher price range for a restaurant in Ubud

Would not recommend. Staff were extremely rude and stood there watching us eat AND talking about us between themselves 1 table away! Extremely unprofessional and left a bad taste in our mouths to end our Ubud experience not to mention a bit on the expensive side.

Food was lacking in flavour and quality of seafood wasn’t great. They definitely have seafood but for a seafood restaurant you’d hope they do seafood pretty well. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Some training for the chefs would go a long way.

Seafood was really good and worth. Even though the waiting time was very long, the restaurant provided us with some snacks during the wait.

Very bad food. The seafood was cold and overcooked and the ingredients from the pizza wasn’t fresh at all. The prices are too expensive for what they offer.I don’t recommend this restaurant.

The food was not really upto the mark. A typical fine dine restaurant where food decoration is given more importance than the preparation.

I think there are more better place to eat.

The food is sad. The staff looks tired. The singers provided entertainment.

We needed someplace quick for a late dinner and this had live music and lots of fans (to help cool off). I was pleasantly surprised. The Balinese food was very good. Why you would come here and order pasta or pizza, is beyond me. Love music is always a plus.

Food was delicious, we got the Balinese grill for 2, freaking good, the ribs chicken and seafood was fantastic, the only one thing was qqthe crab, it did not have much meat, it came with 2 soups and 2 desert!!. There was a duo singing very nice too...we Iusually search for places before choosing a place but we were starving with no internet and this place had people and menu seemed right I am surprised about the reviews the place is good.

Nice place with great fresh tasty seafood and very good prices. I love absolutely all food from this place. Also very nice design and friendly staff. But one minus is awful live music:( singer is a little bit crazy so I would like to visit this restaurant when he is absent.

Oysters were great but crab was more than lacking and not anything to make a stop here specifically for. The ‘Be Careful’ cocktail was delicious though

Good lobster,but the atmosphere was just ok!

We tried the Babi Guling platter here. It was absolutely lovely, more food than we could eat between two. Prices were very good and quality of food great. There were two signers who serenaded couples dining, originally I thought this was off putting but when they asked us and we said no, they left our table without hassle.

We had a massive shared seafood plate, pretty good. Two cute older fellas singing Latin style for atmosphere. Quick service

Our first time in Bali , we would like to try balinesse food .. we just try to visited this restaurant . Very recommend , staff very helpful . The food was delicious .. we tried seafood basket very good prices we will come back

Had an amazing time at the PAON restaurant. The live music especially was very entertaining.

This restaurant is located in the center, very close to the temple where they do the cultural show. The food was alright, nothing special. The ambience of the restaurant is good. It can get busy sometimes.

The food was average for the price. The service was very good, the taste was not so good. The main meal was good, the dessert was awful. There are probably places with better food and better prices.

Avoid. A meal is more like an appetizer, and I weigh 110lbs. Waste of money, boring flavor, and cheap ingredients.

Don't order crabs: they are so small and not much to eat, didn't taste like crab at all. Picture is the 2-person dish that has crab. Really came here because of the seafood and the live music.

Although the place looks nice the food itself is quite average considering the price. We had dinner for two and no alcohol or anythinx extra that usually increases the price and payed something around 35$. Tho it might not sound much, it is a prime pricing which the food unfortunately was not.

Decent seafood for a decent price.

Nice food, full of balinese flavour and price is moderate.Food comes in big portion and its very near to the town center(Starbucks is near)

Got the mixed seafood platter. Lobster, crab, snapper, tuna, squid included soup and dessert.. good quality and good value.

This place is here to rip tourist off. Ordered chicken sate from their offer and a small bottle coke. When the bill came, to my surprise the coke price is more than the actual meal. 26k to be exact. The sate tested half cooked and the rice it came with was terrible. Overall bad experience. Check their menu throughly for price and order accordingly.

Was very quick to take us to a table and take our drink order. After about 15 mins our food order was taken. 20 mins later or more our food was served. Food Not the hottest, no flavour, horrible. We ate and left. Not worth the money and wouldn’t recommend. Will never return.

Live music was enjoyable but that’s about it.- Whole snapper was missing the entire bottom filet. We asked for the rest of the fish and were told it had been there.- Snapper was supposed to come with vegetables, it did not.- The large carafe of wine contains about 10% more than the small carafe, but costs twice as much.

Really friendly staff, very nice live music. Overall great atmosphere. I did NOT feel like it was overpriced as some people complain here... everything was really delicious too. Totally happy, leaving with a smile on my face. Suksma!

The staff was very delightful and attentive. I came for the duck but they were out. I got the seafood satay and it tasted like it had turned. I couldn’t eat much. I would recommend a different choice.

Absolutely disgusting food. The nasi goreng was a disgrace, one cucumber slice and one tomato slice! Dried out rice....the beer was almost warm...and it is expensive. Avoid at all costs!

When i checked the review on this place i wasn't really encouraged to go but i had to go and then i discovered how beautiful was this place and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful even when i ordered some staff which are not in the menu the tried to bring it to me.There was a band and they came to my table and it made our day apecially when they asked for our nationality and sang a national song of ours. Food was perfectLoved it

The grilled fish tasted bad. I was surprise the food came out pretty fast, so I figured it was pre-prepared. I don’t know how long has it been but I can taste the staleness

Wasn't intending to go to this restaurant but did and was disappointed. I had the grilled snapper. The fish was ok, but the rice was dry and crunchy and several of the plates had ants on them. Someone else had the tuna which was dry with the same dry rice. Another had the sate which wasn't inspiring. With so many choices in Ubud this won't be one I make again.Update: my son ate the sweet-and-sour chicken and ended up throwing up all night followed by my wife who was the only one to try his dish. Food poisoning, AVOID!
